Baby Shower

Today was my first baby shower given by my good friend Ashlae & her mom Maryann, it was more than i could have asked for. My mom and sister came in from Knoxville to join in the festivities, I wish they never had to leave. The baby received lots of wonderful gifts from some wonderful friends that have become our family here in Nashville. Thanks to all my friends & family for a wonderful day.

Gestational Daibetes & 10 weeks until my due date & Tennessee football

Well my first glucose test came back a little high so I had to go back last week and sit in the doctors office for 3 & 1/2 hours so they could take my blood 4 for times but thank goodness the tests came back normal. So i don't have to return to the doctor for 3 more weeks then I get to start going every 2 weeks. Which to me is very exciting because that means we're nearing the end only 10 more weeks to go but of course Levi wants the baby here before the end of the year for tax purposes thats my husband. Levi old me last night he thinks the baby will be here in 60 days or under but we'll just have to see. This past weekend we headed home to visit and go to the UT/ Mississippi State game, for all who don't know Levi is getting his MBA online from Mississippi state so he has become a big fan of theirs. We had a great time at the game, well I did since UT won 34-3 I haven't rubbed it in to much since our season has not been that great so far.

Baby Lamfers room

This weekend Levi headed to Denver to visit and my mom came to Nashville to paint and decorate the nursery. Friday my mom and I went to babies r us and purchased the baby bedding then went to Lowes and bought the paint the color is called orange sherbert but it's not orange it's yellow with an orange undertone. Saturday my friend Ashlae and mom painted the room and then we put the crib together and added all the bedding, I absolutely love it. It was an exciting weekend with many more to come.
